When TDBIT is not the right choice

You want a large web shop with hundreds of products. A specialised e-commerce agency suits you better.
You need an app or complex bespoke software. We do not build that.
You enjoy building it yourself and have the time. A website builder is cheaper.
You want a completely new brand identity with an extensive design process. That is what design studios are for.
You want someone to manage your website on an ongoing basis after delivery, with hosting and maintenance. We do not offer that: the website is yours. With Groei and Pro you edit it yourself; with Start we make one-off changes by the hour.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices on this website include 21% Dutch VAT. The amount you see is the amount you pay.

What if I do not like the preview?

Then it stops there. You pay nothing.

When do I pay?

Only after you approve the preview: 50% on order and 50% on handover, with a payment term of 14 days.

What does it cost per month?

Nothing. You pay once; there are no monthly fees or subscription. You pay hosting and domain costs to a hoster of your choice yourself.

Is the website mine?

You do, once it is paid in full. Design, copy and domain name are yours, and you are not locked in.

Do I have to arrange hosting myself?

Yes, the website runs on a hosting account of your own, with a hoster of your choice. On handover we put the site live there, or you get the files, with a short written guide. You pay the hosting and domain costs to the hoster yourself; they are not part of the package price.

Can I edit my site myself?

With Groei and Pro you can: you get your own admin area where you edit texts, photos, gallery and contact details yourself (with Pro every text on every page). With Start you cannot: it is a fixed, fast one-pager and later changes are done by TDBIT for €75 per hour incl. VAT. You can upgrade to Groei at any time and then pay the difference.

What if I want something changed later?

That depends on your package. With Groei and Pro you edit texts, photos and contact details yourself in your own admin area. With Start, TDBIT makes changes after handover, for €75 per hour incl. VAT. An extra page (€75) or extra language (€229) can be ordered from us as a separate assignment at the fixed price of the add-on. We do not manage your site on an ongoing basis after handover.

What if I want more than the package includes?

Then you choose an add-on, such as an extra page or language, or we agree on a price up front. Work outside a package is charged at €75 per hour incl. VAT, always only after your approval.

Are the domain name and email included?

No. You register the domain name yourself with a hoster of your choice (usually a few tens of euros a year), and on handover we help you connect it. For business email we recommend a specialised provider.
